Monkey Forrest & Last days at home with a couple of the locals

Hi there...  were on our last couple of days in the UK now... and starting to feel quite sad about leaving!!! So to cheer us up we went to see the Barbary Macaque monkey's at the Trentham Gardens Monkey forest.  The forest is home to 140 free roaming monkeys!!!   They are so cute, you could watch them for hours!!

The baby's were too adorable... I just wanted to take them home with me!!  This mother had one of her own but was also caring for another as it was orphaned by its own mother!

Incredible how they can just perch on a small branch...

 personal grooming service!!!

What you say.... I can't here you.... I left my hearing aid at home....!!

 Hey wait for me!!!!
 Hang on tight now!!!
Even the local squirrels got in on the action shot!!

I think I'm going to jump to the next tree.... will I won't I!!!
Yes going for it!!!!

Such a wonderful place to visit and take the family.

Back home and the local pheasant comes knocking on the door for its daily feed.... on this occasion it was its second visit... greedy pheasant!!!

And here comes Henry.... the Hedgehog... so friendly and such a cutie.... Quite surprised to see him out so early...

Thanks for coming to visit Henry.... you take care now...
